The Alba grade is how hard the course plays in the simulator, from 1 to 10: the simulator library’s own rating, moved by the slope and what is on the course. Length is from the listed tee: short is under 5,486 m (6,000 yd), long is over 6,126 m (6,700 yd), and 9-hole courses are judged on their own scale. iO Home means the course is in the iO Home package; everything else needs Home Complete or a venue subscription.
